It certainly won't work. rtsp is not ffmpeg url protocol handler, but (pseudo)
demuxer (don't know why it was done this way). And mplayer configure
intentionally disable this ffmpeg rtsp demuxer compilation (I'm almost sure it
is impossible to use such pseudo-demuxer from mplayer).
