It is a warning, not an error. It is not the cause of the failure. The real
error is certainly somewhat earlier in your log. Probably because you are
using -j or similar.

I just have some problems compiling mplayer, because in mpeg12.c a static
inline function was called before being defined. Changing the order fixed
it.

You should always disable localization when trying to investigate problems.
