Is the desync constant, or does it change over time?

If the former, read the man page on the '-delay' option.

If the latter, the usual cause is an incorrect frame rate; you might
have success trying different values for the '-fps' option.

Probably this is not the case. That directory is write-only; in order to
see any files there, you have to be logged in with a non-anonymous
account. This is intended as a way to prevent the server from being used
as a warez dump.
