[MPlayer-users] No video on -vo dfbmga

I can't seem to play the mpeg files that my Hauppauge pvr-150
generates on dfbmga.  It plays fine with -vo directfb, but in dfbmga
(to my tv), everything seems to work but the video is just blank.  I
don't see anything obviously wrong in the mplayer output.  It looks
the same as when I play files that work.

Other mpeg files seem to work.  As well as the other files I've
tested: avi files, divx I believe.
