| svn won't update/copy src/dvdread from tree so it's missing

| What's going on? DVDNAV no longer uses it's own dvdread and uses mplayer
| internal-dvdread or system wide dvdread?

Use configure2 in the libdvdnav and libdvdread folders... you need them
both from svn... I just went thru this yesterday and it was kinda of a
pain to figure out.
