It's recently been brought to my attention that the
"i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames" -lavfopts
option has been removed from mencoder. Is anyone able to tell me
exactly what version it was removed from, or how to find out? I was
unable to find this change in the ChangeLog.
