The correct way to deal with top posting is for the list admin
or the person who was immediately responded to, *and no one else*, to
notify the "offender" that it isn't an acceptable mail format on this list.

Posting the notification to the list is off-topic and a worse violation
of protocol than the original top posting, so don't do it!
