Yes, at best it has these. At worst, it only has 2x and 4x. But
seeking is never easy and intuitive, neither like the smooth seeking
of analog VCRs nor like the responsive arrow keys of MPlayer. I always
end up overrunning the point I wanted to seek to, then having to press
5-10 more keys and wait 10+ extra seconds to get to the point I really
wanted... It's a major usability regression compared to VHS tapes,
while chaptering is a major step forward in usability.
