if you download the ram file you can see is a "playlist" made of two 
single link:

and both working on my system, using full address in mplayer like:

I don't know if mplayer as an option to convert automatically this list 
in a working command.

so the .ram file is problably in your working directory!
just edit it, if you like converting in bat/script file!.
