[MPlayer-users] What -vo option should I use?

Dear readers

All videos I play eat up my 2GHz AMD64 cpu, so I am guessing my -vo
option wrong?

I am using Linux, and mplayer like this

mplayer -vo sdl

and I have these SDL packages
SDL-devel-1.2.10-8.fc6
SDL-1.2.10-8.fc6
SDL_gfx-2.0.15-1.fc6.rf

and I use the Nvidia drivers.

Can anyone tell me what to do, so my CPU isn't maxed out during playback?
