choosing your language during playback with the #-key should work, 
though. If not, try -aid 128 or -aid 129 or -aid 130 or something even 
higher (never more than 8 soundtracks on a DVD).

With subtitles you'd have to specify with -sid 31 (or something high), 
as during playback the lesser numbers are found and you can toggle to 
them with the 'j'-key.
