Playlist over realrtsp are not supported yet.
In this case the stream uses a complex smil file, with 3 streams in it:
2 text streams and 1 video stream (with audio).

(to get that url just use the "view source" option in realplayer).
The video url is rtsp://218.219.195.109/gib/0504/5057.rm and it works
ok in mplayer. The RealText streams are unsupported.
