1) The Nero subtitles are _not_ MP4 subtitles, the subtitles, since the
format specified for MP4 is a text subtitle format, while Nero uses the
vobsub format used on DVDs.
2) Both formats are (at least partially) supported in SVN (also see our
bugzilla).
