1. would it be too much asking to resume your experience in compiling 
under windows in a single document for other user benefit? Eventually on 
Mplayer documentation.
2. As you probably konw, one can find pre-compliled not customized 
windows binaries under http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php
