As for Mingw, I've found in the brief doc, that "...it is atrick to build
MPlayer using Mingw...". So, I'm afraid I'll have even more troubles there,
as I'm not so familiar with Linux, so what is obvious for you, is not for me
:(
To this moment I've discovered (you can evaluate my Linux skills...) that I
need to run sh.exe with "-o igncr" option in order to be able to compile
"configure" in Windows. So, now it produces none of "strange errors" but...
It says that:

I suppose that some Cygwin configuration is incomplete, but "c:\cygwin\bin"
is definitely in the PATH environment variable! It works OK and executables
are runnning pretty correctly. What and where should I set to fix it?
