[MPlayer-users] Newer versions of mencoder don't believe I have v4l, older versions get it right

videodev2.h used-to be included in the MPlayer tarball.  Now, it NEEDS
to be in your includes search path.  Perhaps copy it from
/usr/src/... to /usr/include/
