That's because QT for Windows doesn't have access to the WMV/WMA  
libraries. That's all the Flip4Mac is.

Only if it's not WMV9, and if it is, only if you have the binary  
codecs. Also, only if it isn't encrypted.

Yes and no. You can put it in an AVI, but you can't put it in a WMV.
