Remux the file with MKVMerge or OGMMerge. Make sure you check with  
the file checking utility (mkvmerge -i) to make sure the app can  
identify its subtitles. Otherwise, you might need to find another way  
to extract the subtitles, but then you might as well just keep the  
subtitles separate (unless you want just one file)
