   Hi,

   Just as a wild guess, you might try -mc 0 or -mc 1. Also, although I
   don't think this should affect sync, you might want to add -vf
   harddup somewhere in the chain.

   Frankly, there are some Windows Media files which give me fits no
   matter what I try.
