[MPlayer-users] sync issue

Hi there, 

I use mencoder to resize AVI videos to 176x144, somehow
synchronization between audio and video is lost during the process
it's only .2 - .3 seconds but kinda annoying. has anyone any
suggestions on how to scew, all video have same sync problem (delay of
.2-.3). Can I just add .3 preload in mencoder? I use xvid on source
and output, also -ofps 30 seemed to improve sync but not much.
