i don't think he tried H.264 codec. here a tip. use this as part of
the command and then try. **** -ovc lavc -lavcopt
vcodec=h264:vbitrate=2000 ***

i am typing this form memory so you might want to check on what to
place in front of vcodec if this does not work. try the man page.
