I've just uploaded two 4MB clips (*.clip{1,2}.mpeg) where the problem is
clearly visible. Clip1 is with the seagulls I mentioned.

I've tried 2pass divtc alone and it didn't help. Looks like pullup
is best right now, but I'll try your suggestion, too.
