[MPlayer-users] Flicker on fullscreen 1280x800

Hey,

i fresh-compiled MPlayer1.0p5. i am using a 1280x800 notebook
widescreen. when i go to a window size close to 800 (horizontal value)
or fullscreen mode, all movies start flickering. explaining the way
they flicker would best be done by a screenshot, however i cant manage
to get one. (xwd only delivers a blue rectangle instead of a movie
frame)
Explaining by words: some lines seem to be not in their right position
but realligned to the left or right. this is especially noteable
during "Credits", when text is layered on the movie image. Does anyone
know what I mean, and know a solution?
