[MPlayer-users] Is there a program to retime srt subtitle files?

Hello all,

I have a number of movies with .srt subtitle files, but they seem to be 13-25 
seconds off from the movie. Is there a program readily available that will 
retime the subtitle file or should I write one? I know that mplayer can 
retime them internally, but I'd like to have the file itself be retimed.
