Please forget my previous post. It was inaccurate.
I had an a/v sync issue due to bad comman line parameters and this
caused a wrong evaluation.
This is my evaluation of the patch:
It does nothing.
It doesn't make any difference for me with a dvd source.
I imagine because there are no zero-length frames in the source
video.
