Sorry what about pp=l5?  I see from the source that it is
LOWPASS5_DEINT_FILTER but I'm not sure how that's different from pp=lb.
It seems to take a little longer and give slightly lower PSNR?

And I assume it should be marginally better to hqdn3d before scaling than
after scaling?  Thanks!
