[MPlayer-users] OGM seeking backwards problem

Heya,

That's a combination of OGM not having an index and everyone being too
lazy to implement seeking backwards correctly. At the moment mplayer
will seek backwards a bit (about as many bytes as it thinks cover 5s of
time) and then go to the next key frame. Now if there are very few key
frames in that area you might not be able to go far enough.

My guess it that it won't be fixed anytime soon.

unconstitutional too, since clearly it de-emphasizes the commercial
nature of normal human interaction, and probably is a major impediment
to the commercial growth of prostitution. - Linus Torvalds
