No, the problem is simply that the RTSP server responded with an error: 
"404 Not Found".

In other words, there was no such movie on the server.  In other words, 
your "rtsp://" URL was incorrect.

No, you can't use *anything* to stream that content, because it doesn't 
exist :-)

(Note that QuickTime Player gives me the same error - 404 Not Found - when 
I try to play that URL.)

If you give MPlayer a correct "rtsp://" URL - for a stream that actually 
exists - it should work.
