[MPlayer-users] mpeg->divx 2pass sync problem

naa, the reason why i don't have this problem anymore is cuz i'm using a cvs 
snapshot from dec 10, 2002.  i've heard recently that if you don't use that 
"frameno crap", it alleviates the 2 pass desync problem, but i haven't tried 
it for myself on a recent version of mencoder.
