not completely true.
a new index is built, but the keyframe flags are recovered by -forceidx.
ie, without it you'll get a correct stream, but with no frames flagged
keyframe, so you cannot seek it.
(streamcopy copies the frame flags (including keyframe marks) from the input
stream, and for avi, it's located in index...)
