[MPlayer-users] Encoding for Pocket PC

Hi.

I'd like to re-encode some movies for my Pocket PC, but for some reason Im having trouble playing the resulting files.

mplayer on my desktop plays the files fine, however on the handheld...

PocketTV makes an attempt to play mpegs I create, but they are horribly corrupted unless I force the keyframe interval to 1, and the playback speed is wrong (and jerky!)

PocketMVP locks up playing just about anything (although it plays the demo from PocketTV fine.)

My target is the smallest filesize movie with stereo sound that will play at 320x240 on my Toshiba e740 PocketPC.

anyone worked this out? can recommend better codecs / players / anything?

help!
