Hi,

I guess you've compiled mplayer yourself. You will need to install the
development package of gtk, just install the package libgtk+1.2-devel.

As root, type urpmi libgtk+1.2-devel

Now the enable-gui option will succeed.

Just run the binary included in the package. Have you tried typing
kplayer at the command prompt?
