Make it 704x512 (because width and height must be a multiple of 16),
although it gives an AR of 1.375. I guess you could go for 704x304, 704x400
or 704x528, depending on the intended AR (although the bitrate is a bit too
low for such high-res encoding). What was the original ratio?
