[MPlayer-users] four possible little bugs

Hi,
I found a few odd behaviours that look like bugs to me, even though they
could be features :-)

1. I am compiling mplayer with the --enable-linux-devfs option. It works
fine with oss sound
devices but it still looks under /dev/fb0 for the fb devices, that
is called /dev/fb/0 in the
devfs setting. Is there any particular reason for this or simply
somebody forgot to upgrade it?

2. When I play a movie with gmplayer and stop it with the stop button
the movie actually stops
but the last frame played does not disappear and makes impossible to
see anything under it,
nor it is possible to iconify it or anything, as that frame does not
follow the mplayer window
anymore. Is there any way different from stopping the application to
make the frame disappear?

3. Moreover, if I play a movie from a CD loading it with the gtk "Load
File" menu and stop it to change
CD, I can't unmount the CD unless I go once again in the "Load File"
menu to change the directory
to which gtk is pointing from the CD mount dir to any other :-(

4. I suspect I ain't the first to notice this, but since a movie starts
playing (and so until you quit the
application, as the frame does not disappear until then) the gtk
menus get visualized under the
movie frame rather than above it :-((

Hope they are not features :-)
  Roberto
