[MPlayer-users] Gnome2 "stay-on-top" window

Hey out there,

a friend of mine was asking if it is possible to let mplayer create or
use a window which will "always-stay-on-top". He needs it because linux
with mplayer is the only combination which will display the pictures
sends by a german set-top box (digital satellite receiver) which is
capable of linux :)==) and streaming the pictures of the current channel
via network. But the mplayer's window showing the pictures will be send
behind others so watching gets difficult while running other application
like mozilla and something else. Is there any possibility to control it
by mplayer and do I need to post this request to the gnome2-community.
