[MPlayer-users] XVideo output fails unless Xine is also running

actually mplayer and sdl doesn't like his _last_ xv port.
xine likes his first xv port.

don't even ask why does sdl and mplayer try the last port while xine the
first...

he didn't mention but i'm pretty sure he's using old buggy nvidia driver.
