I have found the problem with avi files and ogg stream. In my md_ogg.ogm file,
the video is encoded at 29.97fps. If I downsample it at 25fps when encoding,
using the -ofps 25 option, and then using ogmmerge, I obtain a synchronised ogm
file. However, the probelem does not occur with mp3 stream at all, whatever the
fps rate of the video is. Maybe this is still a bug ?
