Hello!
I was forced to made few slackware binary packages from MPlayers
sources. So I wrote small script to produce it. Maby someone (slackware
users?) will be interested. It's quick (ugly?!) solution but it works
for me. It is intended to work with slackware 8.1 and current.
How to use:
1. copy atached files on the top of MPlayers source.
2. run slackware_pkg.sh script with options which you will normaly pass
to configure
3. wait
4. answer to standard questions generated by makepkg

If someone find this usfull I'll be glad, if not just forget about it

Bye
Wodz
