[MPlayer-users] [PATCH] codecs.html clarification

I had been confused by the libavcodec subdirectory that was already
present in CVS MPlayer, even with the current documentation (which is
quite accurate in this area), so I added a quick note for clarification.
I don't know if it's necessary, but I found it helpful.  See the
attached patch.
