Why not prepare a script (to distribute with mplayer) that creates a
complete bugreport. So when the user wants to report a bug just runs it,
types in the relevant info and then attach the resulting file to a mail.
This way the bugreports will contain all the needed stuff and you won't
have to always tell "read bugreports.html" ...
