[MPlayer-users] bugreport: lavc encoding...

hi,
i'm using cvs-mplayer from 2002.08.21 with cvs-ffmpeg
compiled with mandrake's gcc3.2

i've put lavcencprob.avi into ftp://mplayerhq.hu/incoming

i used:
mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=400 
lavcencprob.avi -o something.avi

after the encoding, when watching something.avi there are 
green bars in the upper part of the movie ( with -vo xv,x11,gl2,sdl)

using:
mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=400 
lavcencprob.avi -o something.avi -vc divxds

creates a perfect something.avi

btw. i can watch the lavcencprob.avi with ffmpeg codec 
without problems


so maybe there's something wrong with 
lavc-decoding+lavc-encoding...
