No need, i know the format of type-1 dv avi (it's just raw dv in avi
packets) but i have no time to implement. Actually we need to connect avi
demuxer to the input of raw dv demuxer, just like with the ogg-in-avi.

Or you can check dvgrab, it's able to handle such files and is opensource
