cinepack codec doesn't provide yuy2 or any other YUV variants, only RGB.
as Xv and other hardware scaling stuff (mga_vid, tdfxfb) only supports YUV,
it's impossible to combine with cvid. try -vo sdl for software scaling or
unscaled -vo x11
