[MPlayer-users] LIRC Support

The Lirc support to mplayer could have more commands like to select the 
next and previous file of the playlist and also to edit the playlist

it would be nice if mplayer could draw a menu with directory listing to 
build a playlist.
but that using the VO driver só if you are using Vesafb and call mplayer 
without nothing a menu with a dialog screen would appear.

If all of this could be controlled by LIRC....

How do I load file X, Y and Z withou having to call mplayer * and 
whithou using the GUI?
