ok upping now to mphq .../move-to-testsuite1/, file was created using 
frameserving via dvd2avi and vfapi to virtualdub from the testsuite1 mpeg2 
sample and encoded with two pass divx 4.02 at 800kbps, vbr mp3 sound was 
demultiplexed from the normdivx_vbrmp3 sample and remultiplexed with the 
divx4 encode in nandub. (whole file should be up in about 15mins, 22MB or 
so...)
