[Mplayer-users] Tooooo slow [RESEND]

My hardware is too slow to play DVD.  Here's what i've got:

K6-III 450MHz
128MB RAM
Asus P5A-B motherboard
SiS 6326 AGP w/ 8MB
XFree86 4.0.3

Even when i use `-vo null -framedrop', the video-audio skew climbs to about
10 seconds and then blows up with a buffer overflow.  The SiS video card
has hardware support for DVD but linux drivers don't exist.  It doesn't
even have XVideo support.  When i had similar hardware in a VIA motherboard,
i was able to play DVD through `-vo fbdev' with about 50% dropped frames.

Any suggestions??
