Now we have (in CVS) a new switch called -fsmode.
It has 3 bits (3 flags) to en/disable code in the fullscreen code.

-fsmode 0   = default, same as 0.18pre3
-fsmode 1   = same as 0.18pre2  (ICCCWM patch)
-fsmode 2   = same as 0.17a

you can play up to 7, it has some sense, but i think it will work
with one of 0, 1 and 2  (depending on behaviour of your window manager)
