[MPlayer-translations] Is partially translated man page acceptable?

Yes, my system (Gentoo) cannot dislpay man page in UTF-8 correctly. 
So, i prefer to work with
koi8-r at least till translation will be completed or we get working solution
for displaying man pages correctly.

Yes, i want to translate full file, but i cannot say how many time will be 
needed for translation (i'm afraid at least one month), because file really 
large for me :(.
