[MPlayer-translations] How would i check in a couple new l10n files?

We hand out SVN commiter right to ppl who have provided significant 
contributions. For now, you'd have to post your patches here and wait 
for one of the committers to pick up your code and apply it.

You should realize that svn write right are repository-wide, so once one 
gets these rights, once can heavily mess-up the repository  by 
committing random code.

Please send it here. I will review it the best I can, as I don't know 
these languages, but I can still notice some things that are obviously 
wrong, like if it breaks compilation.
