[MPlayer-translations] How would i check in a couple new l10n files?

I wanted to go straight for svn, but it asks for a password, and i'm
not sure who to ask for one.

At this point i'd like to check-in a starter work-in-progress file for
tt_RU at iqte. I'm interested in working on crh and possibly tt-TR, and
tr in the future.
